Hydration

Audrey attended a 7 day live-in program with Barbara O'Neill on how to obtain a lifestyle that promotes health and fights many of today's diseases such as diabetes, cancer, obesity and heart disease.


To obtain good hydration, find a natural source of fresh spring water and dissolve a crystal of Celtic Sea Salt under the tongue before drinking a glass of water. This allows the cell to open and properly hydrate.
